Encouraging whole person (holistic) wellbeing by simultaneously addressing various components of wellness: spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, relationships, lifestyle, hobbies/interests, livelihood/vocation, surroundings, food/drink/diet, natural remedies, and physical activity/fitness.
 
This of course includes changing our perspectives, priorities, values, beliefs, motives, desires, words, and actions.
